If you experience technical issues with package activation or account functionality, please contact us at info@findestnow.pl.
Complaints should be submitted within 14 days of the issue occurrence. The complaint should include:
- Full name or username
- Email address associated with the account
- Description of the issue and order number
We will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days. If the issue is due to a technical error on our part, we may extend the validity period of the package.
For fully performed digital services, complaints regarding withdrawal from the contract are not considered (Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
