1. Accuracy and Truthfulness: All information provided in listings must be accurate and up-to-date. Listings containing misleading or incorrect information will not be accepted.
2. Type of Listing: Listings should only be for the sale, rental, or exchange of real estate properties. Listings for other purposes will be rejected.
3. Listing Title: The title should accurately describe the property and include only relevant information. Misleading or sensational words are not allowed.
4. Description: The listing description must include all details about the property (location, square footage, number of rooms, price, etc.). Missing information may result in the rejection of the listing.
5. Photos: Only real photos of the property should be used in listings. Stock photos or photos of other properties are not permitted. Photos must be clear, up-to-date, and show the property from various angles.
6. Price Information: Price information must be accurate and complete. Listings with incorrect or incomplete pricing will not be published.
7. Listing Category: Listings must be published under the correct property category. Listings in the wrong category may be deleted or moved.
8. Listing Updates: Listing owners must immediately update or remove listings related to properties that have been sold or rented.
9. Listing Duration: Listings will be active for a specified period. Expired listings will be automatically removed, but users can reactivate their listings.
10. Contact Information: Listers must provide valid and reachable contact information. Providing incorrect or invalid contact details may result in the removal of the listing.
11. Listing Fraud: Posting fake listings, duplicating the same listing multiple times, or copying another user's listing is strictly prohibited.
12. Honesty and Respect: When posting listings, users must be honest and use respectful language towards others. Listings containing offensive, derogatory, or aggressive language will not be accepted.
13. Legal Compliance: Listings must comply with national and local laws. Content that violates the law will be removed, and the user's account may be suspended.
14. Privacy Policy: Users must respect the confidentiality of information provided in real estate listings and the privacy of others. Sharing others' personal information without consent is prohibited.
