Payment policy

FINDESTNOW LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY - Terms for the Provision of Digital Services
Effective from: August 8, 2024

1. Scope of Services
The findestnow.pl website provides digital services that allow users to publish advertisements after purchasing a selected package. We do not sell physical products.

2. Purchase and Activation of a Package
Packages can be purchased through the online order form. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the selected package is activated automatically, usually within a few minutes, but no later than within 24 business hours.

3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through the Przelewy24 payment system. Available payment methods include online bank transfer, BLIK, payment card, and other payment methods supported by the payment provider.

4. Service Availability
All offered packages are digital services and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Their availability is not limited by stock levels or inventory.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply if the performance of a digital service has begun with the consumer's explicit consent. This means that once a package has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Complaints
If you experience any issues with the activation of your package or access to the provided functionalities, please contact us at: info@findestnow.pl. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date of their receipt.
