1. General Information
The website findestnow.pl is operated by FINDESTNOW SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, located at ul. Pańska 96 / 83, 00-837 Warsaw, Poland.
The platform offers digital services, specifically the publication of real estate listings after purchasing a selected package. No physical products are sold.
2. Service Provision
Users can purchase listing packages through an online form. Upon payment confirmation, the package is automatically activated, typically within a few minutes, but no later than 24 business hours. Prices are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
3. Payment
Payments are processed via the Przelewy24 system, which supports online transfers, BLIK, credit cards, and other methods. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by payment operators.
4. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply if the digital service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent. Therefore, once the listing package is activated, it cannot be returned or canceled.
5. Complaints
In case of technical issues related to package activation or account functionality, users can submit a complaint as outlined on the "Complaints" page.
6. Final Provisions
These terms may be updated. Changes take effect upon publication.
